There are several potential reasons why your sex toy may not be working properly. Here are some common issues that customers have experienced and things you can check:
Protective plastic: Some battery-operated toys have protective plastic inside the battery compartment to prevent the batteries from being used before the toy is purchased. Make sure to open the battery compartment and remove any clear plastic pieces.
Battery orientation: The batteries may be placed inside the toy in the wrong direction. Check the battery compartment for instructions on the correct orientation of the batteries.
Charging problems: If the toy is rechargeable, it may not be turning on because it wasn’t charged properly. Refer to the product manual for information on how long the toy should be charged for the first time. Also, ensure that the charging cord, charging cradle, charging pin, and adapter are all properly connected or used.
Incorrect batteries: Make sure you are using the correct type of batteries for the toy.
Travel lock: Some toys have a travel lock feature that is turned on by the manufacturer to prevent the toy from accidentally turning on during shipping. This lock can usually be deactivated by pressing certain buttons for a certain amount of time.

Shipping
The recipient of the shipment (i.e. the buyer) is responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or clearance charges that may be imposed by the country of destination.

We ship out orders during the week, typically within one business day of receiving the order. The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the destination of the shipment.
We use Royal Mail to ship to most countries around the world.

Troubleshooting
There are several potential reasons why the batteries may not be working. Here are some things you can check:
Protective plastic: Some battery-operated products have protective plastic inside the battery compartment to prevent the batteries from being used before the product is purchased. Make sure to open the battery compartment and remove any clear plastic pieces.
Battery orientation: The batteries may be placed inside the product in the wrong direction. Check the battery compartment for instructions on the correct orientation of the batteries.
Incorrect batteries: Make sure you are using the correct type of batteries for the product.
There are a few things you can check to troubleshoot why your toy isn’t charging:
Charging position: Make sure the toy is properly positioned on the charging cradle. The battery won’t charge if it’s not correctly placed or oriented in the cradle, or if the charging elements aren’t aligned.
Charging cord: Check that the charging cord, charging cradle, charging pin, and adapter are all properly connected or used.
Battery life: If the toy has a battery indicator light, it may be indicating that the battery is fully charged or has reached the end of its lifespan.
Product manual: Refer to the product manual for information on how long the toy should be charged for the first time and any other specific charging instructions.
One possible reason why you might not be able to turn on your toy is that it has a travel lock feature that was turned on by the manufacturer to prevent the toy from accidentally turning on during shipping. To deactivate the travel lock, you’ll need to press certain buttons for a certain amount of time. Check the product manual for specific instructions on how to do this.
There are several ways to adjust the strength and mode of vibrations on a vibrator. Here are a few examples:
Rechargeable toys: Many rechargeable toys have a “+” button to increase the vibration strength and a “-” button to decrease it. You can also switch between different vibration modes by pressing these buttons or other buttons on the toy.
Battery-operated toys: Some battery-operated toys have a slide control that you can push up to increase the vibrations or down to decrease them. Others have a screw cap on the battery compartment that you can turn clockwise to increase the vibrations or counterclockwise to decrease them.
Refer to the product manual for specific instructions on how to control the vibrations on your toy.
Here are a few ways to turn off your toy, depending on the type of toy it is:
Rechargeable toys: Many rechargeable toys have a “+” button and a “-” button. To turn off the toy, you can usually hold down the “-” button for at least 3 seconds.
Battery-operated toys: Some battery-operated toys with a screw cap or lever control can be turned off by turning the cap or lever to the lowest setting.
Refer to the product manual for specific instructions on how to turn off your toy.
There are a few reasons why your toy might have an unusual smell. For example:
Manufacturing process: Toys made of rubber, PVC, or vinyl can sometimes have a strong smell due to the materials and manufacturing process used.
Packaging: The toy may have picked up an odor from being stored in the packaging for an extended period of time.
To help eliminate the smell, you can rinse the toy with warm water and a toy cleaner before using it for the first time. This should help to dissipate the smell.
There is a difference between water-resistant and waterproof toys. Water-resistant toys can handle some exposure to water, such as being used in the shower, but they should not be fully submerged. Waterproof toys, on the other hand, can be completely submerged in water and can be used in the bath, pool, or hot tub. Keep in mind that even waterproof toys should be handled with care and should not be allowed to stay submerged for extended periods of time.
