Return or exchange an item – our 100% money-back guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely pleased with your purchase, you can return the item to us within 30 days of receiving it. The product must be unused and in its original packaging, and all accompanying documentation must be included. Please note that items with a broken seal cannot be accepted.

We’ll issue a full refund once we receive and inspect the returned item. However, the original delivery charge is non-refundable. Alternatively, you may exchange the item for another of equal value.

Please be aware that returns are only accepted if the items are dispatched within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed upon. The client is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item. Olivia SW&L Inc. is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the return process. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection, we recommend using a delivery service that provides insurance for the value of the goods.

Delivery charges are only refundable if the goods are defective.
